1General Provisions

bai99 ("Platform", "we", "our") provides an online casino and sports betting service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services on the platform, including slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and other gaming activities.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered part of this document. bai99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Eligibility & Membership

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the services at bai99:

• You must be at least 21 years old. If asked to verify your age, you must provide the required documents.
• Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• The registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a breach of the Terms.

3Account Verification

bai99 may request verification of a member's identity and payment details at any time. This process is essential for the platform's security and financial protection.

• A copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate may be requested for verification.
• Additional information may be required to confirm ownership of a payment method.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until verification is complete.
• If you fail to provide accurate information or submit false documents, your account will be closed immediately.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

bai99 processes transactions through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — transactions are only permitted through these four methods.
• Minimum deposit: A minimum of ৳300 must be deposited with each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal timeframe: After a request is approved, funds are generally sent within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The deposit and withdrawal accounts must be in the same person's name. Transactions through third parties are not permitted.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, bai99 reserves the right to temporarily put the request on hold for review.
• Any transaction connected to money laundering or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and legal action will be taken.

5Bonuses & Promotions

bai99 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following terms apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome bonus: A 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Wagering requirement: A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. For example, a ৳1,500 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total bets to be completed.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If an attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, bots, or manipulation is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account closed.
• bai99 reserves the right to change bonus terms or withdraw a bonus at any time.
• Each promotion may have specific additional terms, which will be stated on the promotion page.

6VIP Program & Cashback

bai99's VIP program has three tiers. Active players can gradually move up to higher tiers based on their activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Cashback will be added to the account at a set time each week. Bonus terms may also apply to cashback. bai99 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules are mandatory for all members:

• Each game or market has specific rules that are displayed in the game interface.
• bai99 will not be held responsible for bets lost due to technical errors or loss of connection.
• bai99 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds or based on obvious errors.
• Using any software or strategy to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• In sports betting, placing bets based on match fixing or insider information is completely prohibited.
• If an attempt to gain bonus benefits through multiple accounts or syndicate betting is detected, all related accounts will be closed.

8Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities constitute a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Using another person's account or payment details.
• Playing games with automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or breach its security.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users or staff.
• Attempting to recover funds through chargebacks or payment fraud.

9Account Closure & Restrictions

bai99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is breached.
• If information required for verification is not provided in time.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If the member requests account closure themselves or takes a self-exclusion.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) may be eligible for return. If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, the balance may be forfeited.

10Limitation of Liability

bai99 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the member's device.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment processors.
• Unforeseen technical issues, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss caused by the member's own mistakes or negligence.

bai99 always follows SSL encryption and fair play principles to ensure a safe and reliable environment, but it is not possible to guarantee 100% uninterrupted service.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the bai99 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is protected by bai99's intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content by members without permission is strictly prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) is protected under their respective intellectual property rights.

12Privacy & Data Protection

Full details of how members' personal data is collected, stored, and used are provided in our Privacy Policy. The key points are:
